Your Mapstone Address NFT is associated with the real-world address and location information recorded when the NFT is created. Its existence and on-chain ownership do not depend on the physical structure located at that address.
If a property is demolished, rebuilt, renamed, or renovated, the NFT continues to exist on Ethereum and represent its recorded location. The physical change does not automatically alter or invalidate the NFT. Mapstone may update associated address, mapping, or display information if the underlying source data is later corrected or changed.
If you own an Address NFT and believe its address, map image, location data, or other metadata is incorrect or outdated, submit a request through Mapstone Support. You may be asked to connect the wallet that owns the NFT so ownership can be verified. Mapstone will review the request and update the metadata when appropriate.
Owning the NFT does not provide ownership of or legal rights to any building, land, or other real-world property at that location.
