How do I earn Address Quest™ points?
Address Quest™ points are earned through a combination of monthly residential home value changes and additional gameplay activities across the Mapstone platform.
Primary way to earn points:
- Postal code home value performance: Points are based on the monthly percentage change in residential home value for the postal codes tied to your Address NFTs. Current home value data is provided using the Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI).
Each eligible Address NFT you own contributes independently to your total score based on its postal code’s monthly home value performance. If residential home values increase, you gain points. If they decrease, you lose points.

Additional ways to earn points:
Throughout the game, Mapstone activates additional ways for players to earn bonus points across the platform and community. These can include:
- Referral bonuses: Invite new players and earn rewards when they mint Address NFTs, along with additional point opportunities tied to referrals.
- Seasonal challenges: Participate in timed competitions, prediction challenges, and special objectives.
- Platform activity (Coming Soon): Earn points for actions such as logging in regularly, completing your profile, or owning different types of Address NFTs, including Gold, Platinum, and Charity NFTs.
- Community participation: Take part in events, announcements, and social media challenges where bonus points may be awarded.
These additional point systems expand gameplay beyond home value performance and reward players who stay active throughout the competition.
