How do I list, update, or cancel an NFT for sale?

You can list any Mapstone NFT owned by your connected wallet for sale on the Mapstone Marketplace. Your NFT remains in your wallet while it is listed and transfers only if someone purchases it or you accept an offer.

Listing an NFT for sale

1. Connect the wallet that owns the NFT.
2. Open My NFT Collection in your Account Dashboard.
3. Find the NFT and select View on Marketplace to open its Marketplace page.
4. Click List for Sale.
5. Enter your desired Buy Now price in ETH. Select See breakdown to review the current Marketplace fee, applicable royalties, and your estimated earnings.
6. Click List for Sale and complete the requested wallet confirmations. If this is your first listing, your wallet may also ask you to approve the Mapstone Marketplace to facilitate the sale. Network gas fees may apply to on-chain approvals.

Once the process is complete, the NFT’s Marketplace page will display its active Buy Now price.

Updating an active listing

1. Open the NFT’s Marketplace page while connected to the wallet that owns it.
2. Click Update Listing.
3. Enter the new price and review the updated earnings breakdown.
4. Confirm the requested actions in your wallet.

Updating a listing cancels the existing listing and creates a new one at the updated price. If the new listing is not completed after the original listing is cancelled, return to the NFT page and list it again.

Cancelling a listing

1. Open the NFT’s Marketplace page while connected to its owning wallet.
2. Click Cancel Listing.
3. Confirm the cancellation in your wallet. Network gas fees may apply.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the NFT will no longer be available through Buy Now. You will continue to own the NFT unless you sell or transfer it.

An active Buy Now listing does not prevent another collector from making a different WETH offer. You can accept or ignore those offers independently of your listing. See How do I accept an offer on my NFT? for instructions.
