A longer-form view of Mapstone’s roadmap, from the platform foundation and Ethereum mainnet launch to Address Quest™, data-driven real estate strategy, and future geographic expansion.
Mapstone's foundation began as Ethereum Address Service, with the core idea that real-world addresses could become collectible, on-chain digital assets. Over this period, the team built the core platform, launched the beta marketplace, introduced Address NFTs, and expanded the model with Neighborhood NFTs connected to postal-code activity.
Mapstone moves onto Ethereum mainnet with the production version of Address NFTs and Neighborhood NFTs. This milestone brings the platform's address ownership, collection, marketplace, and geo-linked ecosystem mechanics into the main on-chain environment.
Address Quest™ v1.0 introduces the first full competitive season for Mapstone users. Players compete based on Address NFT strategy, postal-code market performance, and leaderboard rankings, with qualifying participants eligible for ETH prize opportunities under the season's published rules.
Following the first full Address Quest™ cycle, Mapstone plans to distribute ETH rewards to qualifying participants based on final leaderboard performance and the season's published prize mechanics.
Mapstone Asset Management is planned as a separate real-world asset strategy initiative that may use insights from Mapstone's address, neighborhood, and market data. The focus is to translate platform intelligence into disciplined analysis of potential RWA opportunities, separate from Mapstone NFTs and Address Quest™.
Mapstone AM may develop compliant participation pathways for eligible participants to access tokenized real estate portfolios or related real-world asset opportunities. Any such opportunities would be distinct from Mapstone NFTs and Address Quest™ and subject to applicable legal, regulatory, and onboarding requirements.
Future Address Quest™ seasons are expected to expand the competitive format with larger seasons, deeper scoring mechanics, broader strategy layers, and larger prize pools as the Mapstone ecosystem grows.
Longer term, Mapstone plans to expand address-linked digital assets and Neighborhood NFTs into major international markets. This would extend the platform from a U.S.-centered address ecosystem into a broader global geo-data network.
