Address Quest™ is a skill-based, data-driven competition operated by Mapstone Labs LLC (“Mapstone”) in which participants earn points based on the performance of real-world property value data. Participants compete on a leaderboard, and rewards are distributed in ETH based on final rankings at the conclusion of the competition period.
Address Quest™ is not a game of chance. Outcomes are determined by objective data, participant strategy, and adherence to the published scoring methodology.
Address Quest™ begins on the official launch date publicly announced by Mapstone on mapstone.io and related official communication channels.
To participate in Address Quest™, users must connect a compatible Web3 wallet and provide a verified email address through the Mapstone account dashboard.
Mapstone will use the registered email address for all official communications, including reward notifications, verification instructions, and claim procedures.
Participants must acquire eligible Address NFTs through the Mapstone platform or approved marketplaces. Each Address NFT represents a unique real-world location and contributes to a participant’s point total based on the performance of the associated postal code.
Participants may acquire, hold, and trade Address NFTs throughout the competition period in order to optimize their leaderboard position.
AQ points are calculated based on changes in real-world property values using the Zillow Home Value Index (“ZHVI”) at the postal code level.
AQ points = monthly ZHVI % change × 100
Points are determined using a structured monthly process:
Positive changes generate points, and negative changes deduct points. Points accumulate over the duration of the competition.

Participants are ranked on a leaderboard based on total accumulated AQ points.
The leaderboard is updated following each monthly AQ Point calculation cycle and may also be updated in connection with supplemental point activities or administrative updates.
Final rankings are determined based on total AQ points and the applicable tiebreaker criteria at the conclusion of the competition.
Rewards are distributed in ETH based on final leaderboard rankings and the published payout structure. All rewards are fixed and disclosed in advance and are funded from the Address Quest™ prize pool as described in these rules.
Rewards are paid directly to the participant’s connected Web3 wallet following successful completion of required verification procedures and administrative processing.
Rewards may be distributed in phases following verification and operational processing.
Rewards are not tied to any real-world assets, real estate, or investment vehicles, and participation in Address Quest™ does not provide any ownership, equity, or financial interest in such assets.

The Address Quest™ prize pool is programmatically funded through the Mapstone smart contract. Ten percent (10%) of all primary NFT mint proceeds and one percent (1%) of all secondary sales executed through the Mapstone marketplace are automatically allocated on-chain to a designated Address Quest™ holding wallet.
This allocation is executed directly by the smart contract at the time of each transaction and does not require manual intervention by Mapstone.
The Address Quest™ holding wallet is publicly viewable on blockchain explorers via ENS name addressquest.mapstone.eth, allowing participants to independently verify all inflows and balances associated with the prize pool.
For operational security and treasury management purposes, Mapstone periodically transfers funds from the on-chain holding wallet to a secure, dedicated custodial account. These transfers are conducted in standard increments and remain fully traceable on-chain.
Such transfers do not impact the total prize pool allocation, which is determined by the underlying smart contract logic.
All rewards distributed through Address Quest™ are derived from this allocation mechanism.
Address Quest™ v1.0 concludes when the prize pool has reached a level sufficient to fund the full published reward structure, with a target prize pool of up to 10,000 ETH.
The timing of the competition is dependent on overall platform activity, including NFT minting and marketplace transactions, which contribute to the prize pool through the mechanisms described in these rules.
Mapstone will publicly announce the conclusion of the competition once the prize pool threshold required to support reward distribution has been reached.
Leaderboard rankings incorporate predefined tiebreaker criteria to ensure a single, ordered ranking of all participants.
In the event that two or more participants have identical AQ Point totals, rankings are determined using the following criteria, in this order:
These criteria are applied automatically within the Mapstone system and are reflected in the final leaderboard rankings.
All rewards are distributed based on final published leaderboard positions.
Participants who qualify for rewards must claim their rewards within thirty (30) days of the official announcement of final results.
Mapstone will publish detailed claim instructions on the Mapstone website following the conclusion of the competition and will notify eligible participants using the verified email address associated with their account. Participants are responsible for monitoring such communications and completing all required steps within the claim period.
Completion of the claim process requires successful identity verification, compliance checks, and submission of any required tax documentation.
Rewards will only be distributed after verification and administrative processing have been completed.
Failure to complete the claim process within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of rewards, and Mapstone reserves the right to reallocate unclaimed rewards.
Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, to be eligible to participate in Address Quest™ and receive rewards.
Age eligibility and identity verification will be confirmed during the reward claim process. Participants who do not meet eligibility requirements at the time of verification will not be permitted to receive rewards.
Participation is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Mapstone employees, contractors, affiliates, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to receive rewards.
Mapstone reserves the right to disqualify any participant it reasonably believes may possess non-public information or an unfair advantage relating to competition data inputs or outcomes.
Participation in Address Quest™ is not permitted from any jurisdiction subject to sanctions or embargoes administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”).
Participants may not be located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any such jurisdiction.
Mapstone reserves the right to restrict or prohibit participation from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
All participants who qualify for rewards are required to complete identity verification (“KYC”) and sanctions screening in order to claim rewards.
Verification will be conducted through Stripe Identity. Mapstone reserves the right to use additional or alternative verification providers at its discretion.
Rewards will not be distributed until verification is successfully completed. Failure to complete verification within the required claim period will result in forfeiture of rewards.
Participants are solely responsible for determining and complying with any applicable tax obligations arising from participation in Address Quest™, including the receipt of ETH rewards.
Mapstone does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on behalf of participants.
To the extent required by applicable law, Mapstone will issue appropriate tax reporting forms, including IRS Form 1099-MISC for U.S. participants receiving qualifying reward amounts. Participants may be required to submit applicable tax documentation, including IRS Form W-9 for U.S. persons or Form W-8BEN (or equivalent) for non-U.S. persons, as part of the reward claim process.
Participants may access transaction history and reward records through their Mapstone account dashboard for personal record-keeping and tax reporting purposes.
Participants may not engage in any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of Address Quest™, including exploiting system vulnerabilities, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or artificially influencing data inputs.
Mapstone reserves the right to disqualify any participant and revoke rewards in the event of a violation.
All scoring is based on third-party data sources, including Zillow ZHVI, and internally developed methodologies. Mapstone does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of such data.
Mapstone reserves the right to modify scoring methodologies if data sources change or become unavailable.
Mapstone reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Address Quest™ or any aspect of the competition, including rules, scoring mechanisms, and reward structures.
