What happens if I buy an Address NFT on a third-party marketplace?

Address Quest™ points are calculated based on the eligible Address NFTs owned by the wallet associated with your Mapstone account at the time of the month-end snapshot.

If you purchase an Address NFT through a third-party marketplace such as OpenSea, it can earn Address Quest™ points only if the wallet holding the NFT is associated with a Mapstone account.

Address NFTs can qualify whether they are minted through Mapstone, purchased through the Mapstone Marketplace, or acquired through a compatible third-party marketplace. However, no points will be awarded if the NFT is held in a wallet that does not have a Mapstone account.

The mint, purchase, or transfer must also be confirmed on-chain by the month-end snapshot block for the NFT to count toward that month’s scoring.
