When are points calculated and applied?

Address Quest™ follows a monthly scoring cycle based on residential home value changes by postal code.

The process works in three steps:

• 1. Month-end snapshot: Mapstone records which Address NFTs you own at the end of the month.
• 2. Data release: Completed monthly home value data becomes available, typically within approximately 2 weeks after month-end. Current home value data is provided using the Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI).
• 3. Points applied: Mapstone calculates and distributes points based on the monthly residential home value performance of the postal codes tied to your Address NFTs.

This means there is a short delay between the snapshot and when points appear while Mapstone waits for the completed monthly home value data.
