What are Address NFTs?

Mapstone Address NFTs represent individual real-world street addresses as unique digital assets recorded on Ethereum. Collectors can build portfolios of locations, including select Gold and Platinum Address NFTs that highlight rare, iconic, or globally significant addresses.

Eligible Address NFTs tied to supported U.S. postal codes participate in Address Quest™, Mapstone’s skill-based competition. Address NFTs earn or lose points based on monthly changes in typical home values for their associated postal codes, and participants compete on a leaderboard for ETH rewards.

After an Address NFT is minted, its owner can list it for sale or consider offers through the Mapstone Marketplace. Address NFTs are digital collectibles associated with real-world locations; they do not convey ownership of the physical address, land, building, or other real estate.
