What is the difference between Standard, Gold, Platinum, and Charity Address NFTs?
All Mapstone Address NFTs represent individual real-world street addresses as unique digital assets recorded on Ethereum. The primary difference between Standard, Gold, Platinum, and Charity Address NFTs is how the address is selected and classified, along with the charitable allocation attached to Charity Address NFTs.

| Standard Address NFT | Standard Address NFTs represent eligible real-world street addresses that collectors select, claim, and mint through Mapstone. These may include homes, businesses, personally meaningful locations, or addresses selected as part of an Address Quest™ strategy. |
| Gold Address NFT | Gold Address NFTs are selected by Mapstone and generally feature notable buildings, venues, institutions, and other recognizable addresses. They highlight addresses with greater cultural, historical, architectural, or public significance. |
| Platinum Address NFT | Platinum Address NFTs are Mapstone’s most selective curated Address NFT classification. They represent an especially limited collection of highly recognizable, iconic, or sought-after real-world addresses. |
| Charity Address NFT | Charity Address NFTs are curated by Mapstone to combine address collecting with charitable giving. Ten percent (10%) of each Charity Address NFT mint and one percent (1%) of each eligible Charity Address NFT sale through the Mapstone Marketplace are allocated for charitable causes. |
What do the Address NFT types have in common?
Regardless of classification, each Address NFT:
- Represents a specific real-world street address as a digital collectible.
- Is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain after it is minted.
- Can be owned, transferred, listed for sale, or used to consider offers through the Mapstone Marketplace.
- May participate in Address Quest™ when it meets the applicable eligibility and scoring requirements.
- Does not convey ownership of the associated land, building, business, residence, or other physical property.
How do Charity Address NFT allocations work?
Charitable allocations are routed on-chain in Ethereum to Mapstone’s dedicated charity wallet, charity.mapstone.eth, and managed through Mapstone’s Fidelity Charitable donor-advised fund.
Contributions are intended to support qualified nonprofit organizations working in animal welfare, education access, health and medical care, and housing and poverty relief.

Each Address NFT category has its own base mint price, and certain NFTs may have individual pricing above the category’s base price. Promotional discounts may also affect the final mint price.
