Address Quest™ is Mapstone’s skill-based real estate game built on the Ethereum blockchain, where players collect eligible Address NFTs and earn points based on monthly residential home value changes in supported U.S. postal codes.

Think of it as a modern, data-driven version of a property strategy game—but instead of rolling dice, core scoring reflects real housing market changes. Players analyze trends, choose locations, build portfolios, and compete based on the monthly home value performance of their selected postal codes.

Every Mapstone Address NFT you own is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain. Address Quest™ combines this transparent record of ownership with real-world residential home value data to create a strategy-driven competition.

Address Quest™ uses trusted market data sources to measure monthly residential home value changes across U.S. postal codes. As players gain or lose points, they move up or down on a live leaderboard throughout the competition.

At the conclusion of Address Quest™ v1.0, the top 1,000 players earn ETH from a prize pool targeting 10,000 ETH. The prize pool grows transparently on-chain through platform activity.
