What is Address Quest™?

Address Quest™ is Mapstone’s skill-based real estate game built on the Ethereum blockchain, where players collect Address NFTs and earn points based on real-world postal code performance.

Think of it as a modern, data-driven version of a property strategy game—but instead of rolling dice, outcomes are driven by actual housing market data. Players analyze trends, choose locations, build portfolios, and compete based on how their selected postal codes perform in the real world.

Every Mapstone Address NFT you own is recorded on the Ethereum blockchain, and every outcome is driven by real-world housing market data—ensuring gameplay is transparent, verifiable, and rooted in actual economic activity.

The game uses Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI) data to track monthly changes in home values across U.S. postal codes. As players earn points, they move up or down on a live leaderboard throughout the competition.

At the conclusion of Address Quest™ v1.0, the top 1,000 players earn ETH from a prize pool targeting 10,000 ETH—representing millions of dollars in rewards. The prize pool grows transparently on-chain through platform activity.
