How does Address Quest™ scoring work?

Address Quest™ points are based on the monthly percentage change in residential home value for the postal code tied to your Address NFT, using trusted market data sources. Current home value data is provided using the Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI).

Scoring Formula:
AQ points = monthly postal code home value % change × 100

The calculated result is rounded to the nearest whole point.

• Each 0.01% increase = +1 point
• Each 0.01% decrease = -1 point

Example:

Suppose you own the following Address NFT at the month-end snapshot:

This Address NFT is in postal code 90210 (Beverly Hills, CA).

Current home value data, provided using ZHVI, later shows that the residential home value for postal code 90210 increased by +0.52% for that month.

Points calculation:

• +0.52% × 100 = +52 Address Quest™ points

If you also held another Address NFT in a different postal code where the residential home value declined by -0.40% in the same month:

• -0.40% × 100 = -40 points

Total monthly score:
+52 - 40 = +12 Address Quest™ points

Each Address NFT contributes independently to your total score, meaning your overall performance is based on the combined results of all postal codes in your portfolio.

Because scoring reflects real residential home value changes, points can move in both directions, making location selection and timing critical to success.
