Mapstone NFT mint pricing varies by asset type. The table below provides the current base mint price for each NFT category.
For the price of a specific NFT, always refer to the amount displayed in the live minting interface on mapstone.io. Prices for already-minted NFTs listed in the Mapstone Marketplace are set by their sellers and may differ from the mint prices shown below.
| NFT Type | Current Base Mint Price | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Address NFT | 0.01 ETH* | Standard Address NFTs include eligible real-world street addresses that users claim and mint through Mapstone. |
| Gold Address NFT | 0.02 ETH* | Gold Address NFTs are selected by Mapstone and generally feature notable buildings, venues, institutions, and other recognizable addresses. |
| Charity Address NFT | 0.03 ETH* | Charity Address NFTs are curated by Mapstone to combine address collecting with charitable giving. Ten percent of each new Charity Address NFT mint is allocated to Mapstone’s charitable giving program. |
| Platinum Address NFT | 0.04 ETH* | Platinum Address NFTs represent a select collection of especially recognizable or sought-after real-world addresses. |
| Neighborhood NFT | Starting at 0.50 ETH* |
Neighborhood NFTs represent individual U.S. postal codes. Owners can earn 10% from qualifying Address NFT mints and 1% from qualifying secondary sales completed through the official Mapstone Marketplace within their postal code. Each Neighborhood NFT has an individually calculated mint price based on factors including population, density, recent housing market changes, and relative housing values. Because these inputs vary by postal code and may change as new data becomes available, Neighborhood NFT prices do not have a fixed maximum. |
*Base mint prices are subject to change. Certain NFTs may have individual pricing above the category’s base price, and eligible promotional discounts may reduce the final mint price. Ethereum network gas fees are separate. Always review the final amount displayed before confirming a mint.
