Mapstone NFT mint pricing varies by asset type. The table below provides the current base mint price for each NFT category.
For the price of a specific NFT, always refer to the amount displayed in the live minting interface on mapstone.io. Prices for already-minted NFTs listed in the Mapstone Marketplace are set by their sellers and may differ from the mint prices shown below.

Neighborhood NFTs represent individual U.S. postal codes. Owners can earn 10% from qualifying Address NFT mints and 1% from qualifying secondary sales completed through the official Mapstone Marketplace within their postal code. Each Neighborhood NFT has an individually calculated mint price based on factors including population, density, recent housing market changes, and relative housing values. Because these inputs vary by postal code and may change as new data becomes available, Neighborhood NFT prices do not have a fixed maximum. |
