What are Neighborhood NFTs?

Each Mapstone Neighborhood NFT represents a specific U.S. postal code on-chain. When qualifying activity occurs, the Neighborhood NFT holder is eligible to receive 10% of the mint price from Address NFTs minted within that postal code and 1% of the sale price when those Address NFTs are later resold through the Mapstone Marketplace. Neighborhood NFTs are digital assets and do not convey ownership of physical land or real estate.
