When do I receive my earnings payments?

Neighborhood earnings are distributed automatically on-chain. When a qualifying Address NFT mint or sale through the official Mapstone Marketplace occurs within your postal code, the applicable royalty is sent as part of the transaction to the wallet that owns the Neighborhood NFT at that time.

If qualifying Address NFTs were minted before the Neighborhood NFT for that postal code was minted, the accumulated Neighborhood allocations are held in reserve and paid to the wallet that first mints the Neighborhood NFT.

You can track your Neighborhood earnings in the My Earnings section of your Account Dashboard and download a CSV or Excel report for your records.
