Your Address Quest™ points are determined by the eligible Address NFTs recorded as owned by your wallet at the month-end snapshot block.
Mapstone uses the final Ethereum block mined at or before 11:59:59 PM UTC on the last day of the month. A purchase, sale, mint, or transfer must be confirmed on-chain in that block or an earlier block to affect ownership for that month’s scoring cycle.
If you sell an Address NFT before the snapshot and the transaction is confirmed on-chain by the snapshot block, you will not receive points for that NFT for that month—even if its postal code performed well.
If you buy an Address NFT and the transaction is confirmed on-chain by the snapshot block, you will receive points based on that postal code’s monthly residential home value performance once the completed data becomes available.
If a transaction is confirmed after the snapshot block, it will not change ownership for that month’s scoring cycle.
This creates an important strategic dynamic:
Buying and selling can be done through the Mapstone Marketplace.
