When are points calculated and applied?

Address Quest™ follows a monthly scoring cycle tied to real-world housing data.

The process works in three steps:

• 1. Month-end snapshot: Mapstone records which Address NFTs you own at the end of the month.
• 2. Data release: Zillow publishes the finalized monthly Zillow Home Value Index (ZHVI) data, typically within approximately 2 weeks after month-end.
• 3. Points applied: Mapstone calculates and distributes points based on the performance of the postal codes tied to your Address NFTs.

This means there is a short delay between the snapshot and when points appear, as scoring depends on Zillow’s official data release.
