How do month-end snapshots work?

Mapstone records a snapshot of all eligible Address NFT ownership at 11:59:59 PM UTC on the last day of each calendar month.

What does that mean in your time zone?
UTC is the global reference time. For many U.S. players, this typically translates to:
• 7:59:59 PM ET / 4:59:59 PM PT during daylight saving time
• 6:59:59 PM ET / 3:59:59 PM PT during standard time

The Address NFTs you hold at that exact moment are the ones that get scored for that month’s Address Quest™ cycle.

Example:

• If you own an Address NFT tied to postal code 90210 at the snapshot, it will be included in your scoring.
• If you sell before the snapshot, you will not receive points for that NFT.
• If you mint or buy just before the snapshot, it will count toward your score.

After the snapshot is recorded, Mapstone waits for Zillow to publish finalized monthly data. Once released, points are applied based on the postal codes captured in the snapshot.
