Can I purchase Neighborhood NFTs outside of the United States?

At this point, we are only minting US-based Neighborhood NFTs. We will be adding international Neighborhood NFTs at some point in the future. Check the Mapstone Roadmap for more details. 

Non-US neighborhood postal codes will accumulate a reserve balance every time an address is purchased in that postal code. The countries with the highest postal code reserve balances will be activated first.
