Can I purchase a Neighborhood NFT on third party marketplaces?

Only Neighborhood NFTs purchased on the Mapstone Marketplace generate earnings. Our smart contracts are designed to interact only with the Mapstone Marketplace. While Mapstone cannot prevent holders from listing or selling Neighborhood NFTs on third-party marketplaces, those off-platform purchases will not include any earnings or royalty rights.
