Senior Project Manager
Lead senior-level execution across Mapstone's product, engineering, growth, data, and partner workstreams.
About the Role
Mapstone needs senior operational leadership that can keep complex work moving across product, engineering, data, marketing, partnerships, and leadership priorities. The Senior Project Manager role is designed for someone who can turn ambiguous startup goals into clear plans, accountable owners, and reliable delivery.
This role would help coordinate execution across Address NFTs, Neighborhood NFTs, Address Quest™, marketplace workflows, investor-facing materials, and internal operating rhythms. It is a senior role for someone who understands technical teams, startup urgency, and the importance of clear written communication.
What You Would Work On
- Create and maintain execution plans for product launches, engineering milestones, data initiatives, growth campaigns, and partner-facing deliverables.
- Coordinate priorities across founders, engineering, design, marketing, business development, and external collaborators.
- Run weekly planning, status reporting, risk tracking, follow-ups, and decision logs so teams stay aligned without excessive meetings.
- Translate high-level strategic goals into clear tasks, owners, milestones, acceptance criteria, and launch checklists.
- Identify blockers early and help leadership make practical tradeoffs around timing, scope, dependencies, and resourcing.
Experience
8+ years in technical project management, program management, or startup operations
- Strong track record managing technical or cross-functional programs in a startup, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, blockchain, or data platform environment.
- Excellent written communication and the ability to make ambiguous work clear, actionable, and easy to track.
- Comfort working directly with founders and senior stakeholders on high-priority, time-sensitive initiatives.
- Strong judgment around sequencing, escalation, dependencies, and protecting team focus.
- Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams without losing detail or momentum.
Helpful Background
- Experience with Web3, fintech, geospatial data, real estate technology, marketplace products, or consumer growth workflows.
- Hands-on comfort with Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, GitHub Projects, analytics dashboards, product specs, or lightweight QA workflows.
