Senior Full Stack Engineer
Build the product experiences and platform integrations behind Mapstone's marketplace, minting flows, account tools, and mapping interface.
About the Role
Mapstone needs senior product engineers who can move comfortably across frontend, backend, APIs, wallet-connected experiences, and data-heavy interfaces. This role focuses on building the application layer that makes Mapstone's mapping and NFT infrastructure usable.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer would work on marketplace flows, minting experiences, account dashboards, map-based discovery, application performance, and the internal tooling needed to support a growing platform.
What You Would Work On
- Build and maintain full stack features across Mapstone's Next.js frontend, Laravel backend APIs, marketplace flows, and account experiences.
- Improve minting, wallet connection, search, filtering, maps, dashboard, and application form workflows with reliable production code.
- Collaborate with product, data, and design to turn requirements into polished user-facing features.
- Integrate backend services, third-party APIs, analytics, blockchain metadata, and geospatial data into coherent product experiences.
- Improve performance, error handling, accessibility, testability, and developer workflows across the application.
Experience
6+ years in full stack product engineering
- Strong experience building production web applications with React, Next.js, Node or PHP backends, APIs, and relational databases.
- Ability to own features from technical design through implementation, QA, launch, and iteration.
- Good judgment around user experience, data modeling, API contracts, security, and maintainability.
- Comfort debugging across frontend, backend, wallet, and third-party integration boundaries.
Helpful Background
- Experience with Laravel, Web3 wallets, NFT marketplaces, viem, wagmi, Mapbox, geospatial interfaces, or marketplace analytics.
- Experience working in a small startup where engineering priorities shift quickly and clear communication matters.
