Affiliate and Community Marketing Lead
Grow Mapstone's community and affiliate ecosystem through campaigns, creator partnerships, and performance-driven marketing.
About the Role
Mapstone's growth depends on people understanding why real-world address identity matters and how the platform rewards participation. This role would help turn that story into practical campaigns across communities, creators, affiliates, and social channels.
The ideal candidate can create clear messaging, test distribution channels, and build lightweight systems for tracking what actually drives interest and adoption.
What You Would Work On
- Plan and execute affiliate, referral, creator, and community campaigns that introduce Mapstone to qualified audiences.
- Develop campaign briefs, landing page copy, social posts, partner updates, and educational content.
- Track campaign performance across traffic, signups, wallet connections, mints, referrals, and community engagement.
- Build relationships with creators, communities, and ecosystem partners who can authentically explain Mapstone.
- Coordinate with product and leadership on campaign timing, messaging, incentives, and launch priorities.
Experience
2-5 years in growth, affiliate marketing, community, or creator programs
- Experience with affiliate marketing, creator programs, social growth, Web3 communities, or performance marketing.
- Strong writing instincts and an ability to explain emerging technology in plain language.
- Comfort testing channels, measuring results, and improving campaigns based on what the data shows.
- Self-directed working style and good judgment around brand voice, community trust, and incentive design.
Helpful Background
- Experience with X, Discord, Reddit, newsletters, SEO content, referral systems, or partner-led campaigns.
- Interest in real estate, maps, local discovery, NFTs, or on-chain consumer products.
